The agent for Louisiana-Monroe junior guard Jalen Bolden says the 6’5 guard has scholarship offers from several schools, including Murray State.
Bolden averaged 13.2 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game this past season for the Warhawks.
Along with the Racers, Bolden reportedly has offers from George Mason, Rice, Sam Houston State, Texas State and Norfolk State.
After averaging 3.8 and 7.7 points per game in his first two collegiate seasons, Bolden saw his offensive game take a leap this past year. He also had career-highs in assists and offensive rebounds for ULM.
Defensively, Bolden made an impact as well. His 58 steals last season were not only the most in his career, but ranked third in the Sun Belt.
Here are some highlights from Bolden’s junior season:
Bolden had a career-high 25 points back in November in ULM’s loss at LSU.
While there may be some returning players we can eventually add to Murray State’s 2025-26 roster, at this moment, there are only four players who have publicly committed to playing for the Racers next year. That means there are still 11 scholarship openings that can be filled for next year.
