Collins takes unofficial visit to Murray
MBB: The Class of 2025 recruit posted on social media about his visit Tuesday
Zyree Collins, a 6’0 point guard in the recruiting class of 2025, posted on social media that he took an unofficial visit to Murray State on Tuesday.
The St. Louis product just finished his junior season with St. Mary’s South Side Catholic High School, where the St. Louis Post-Dispatch named him their All-Metro Player of the Year. Collins averaged 31.5 points per game, 6.7 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 3.4 steals, and he has already become the school’s all-time leading scorer with 1,912 points. The Missouri Basketball Coaches Association named Collins their Class 5 Player of the Year.
According to his X/Twitter account, Collins also has scholarship offers from Illinois State, Miami of Ohio, Saint Louis, Southern Indiana, Southeast Missouri State and Lindenwood.
247 Sports has Collins listed as a 3-star prospect and the #7 player in Missouri in the Class of 2025.
Collins told ny2lasports.com that he won’t make any college decisions until after the July recruiting period is complete.
