Cook named to Virginia All-State team
WBB: The 5'9 guard is one of five incoming freshmen at Murray State
Jada Cook has earned a spot on Virginia’s Class 5 All-State First Team.
The 5’8 guard, who signed with Murray State back in November, helped lead Patrick Henry High School to a trip to the state tournament for the second time in three years. Cook led Patrick Henry with 16.8 points, 6.4 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 4.5 steals per game this season.
Cook finished her career third on Patrick Henry’s all-time scoring list.
Murray State’s 2024 signing class will welcome five freshmen to campus this summer: Cook, Adalyn Koelling, Grace Billington, Braxcynn Baker and Cam Hoover.
