MSU fans are going to love RM. Although he's known as a great recruiter (which he is). He also possesses the rarest of all skill sets....he's an elite talent evaluator. RM is also equally adept with X & Os and player development. He has a style and a system that the fan base will really enjoy. All coaches claim they play "fast" when they first come in. They also claim to be analytics driven i.e. "We'll shoot only clean catch, step into 3s or layups/dunks, while forcing our opponents to take "difficult twos". They should make T-shirts with that mantra. The truth is...a lot say it, not as many are able to accomplish it. Your new head coach won't say it unless he means it...and he means it. Racer fans are about to embark on a fun ride...hope everyone enjoys it. His staff will pleasantly surprise some and the roster will definitely improve dramatically immediately. RM has a good feel for basketball things. He understands the importance of the combination of skill, as well as, athleticism. You guys are going to he very pleased to bring RM into your community.
