If you watched any Murray State women’s basketball games in the final month of last season, you could argue one of the most impactful players on the team was on the bench — and not in uniform. Game after game, big play after big play, junior guard Jenna Walker raised the bar of being a great teammate to a place rarely seen. Whether it was cheering for one of the starters or the last player on the bench, Walker would wear her heart on her sleeve celebrating each of her teammates accomplishments with a level of enthusiasm that is unmatched.
