WBB: Today is the final first day of practice for Murray State's four seniors

Murray State’s Women’s Basketball team warms up before their first official practice of the season.

The first official day of practice for any college basketball player or coach is always significant in its own way.

“If you can’t get excited for the first official practice, I’m not sure that you ever will be,” Murray State Women’s Basketball Coach Rechelle Turner said. “This is when it really starts. Individual workouts and the short team workouts that we had, that’s one thing. Today starts your season, in my opinion.”
