MBB: A trio of Class of 2024 prospects with Murray State offers have big days
The Kentucky Junior All-Stars rallied to beat the Indiana Junior All-Stars, 106-92, in their annual matchup Sunday in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Indiana led 57-48 at intermission, before Kentucky pulled away in the second-half to win.
Murray State Head Coach Steve Prohm has previously offered scholarships to three of the players in today’s game, and all of them performed well.
KJ Windham, a rising senior from Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis, led all scorers with 25 points today. Windham was 9-of-15 from the field, including 5-of-9 from three-point range. Windham reportedly has seven offers, including Murray State, Kent State, and Miami (OH).
Ayden Evans had 23 points for the victorious Kentucky squad. The 6’10 forward from Elizabethtown had 23 points, five rebounds, and three blocks. He was 9-of-14 from the field, while making 3-of-6 from beyond the arc. Evans has nine offers so far from Murray State, Akron, Ohio, Texas A&M, Missouri, Mississippi State, Manhattan, Seton Hall, and West Virginia.
Kade Unseld also chipped in with 15 points and eight rebounds today for the Kentucky juniors, as he knocked down 4-of-6 shots from deep. The 6’5 wing from Bowling Green currently holds offers from Murray State, Southeast Missouri State, Ohio, Bellarmine, and Miami (OH).
