Racers lead off Hawai'i trip with Nebraska
MBB: Murray State will play three games in four days at the Diamond Head Classic
After weeks of questions, we finally know who Murray State will face to open up the Diamond Head Classic.
The tournament released the brackets today, and we’ve learned Racers will take on Nebraska in the opening round of the tournament on Sunday, December 22nd. Murray State is 2-0 all-time against the Cornhuskers. In November of 1990, the Racers beat Nebraska, 81-79, in Puerto Rico. Ten years later, Murray State went to Lincoln and beat the Huskers 79-71.
