Report: Date set for WKU return game
MBB: The Racers and Hilltoppers played in Murray last season
The slow summer grind of putting together the upcoming schedule has apparently produced another date for Murray State’s 2024-25 season.
Schedule guru Rocco Miller is reporting the Racers will play at Western Kentucky on Saturday, December 14th at Diddle Arena. This will be the second game in a four-year home-and-home series between the two schools. WKU beat the Racers, 86-81, last November in Murray.
We now have two games, with dates, on the books for next season. Grab a Snickers — because there’s only 29 to go. We could be here a while. This is what we have so far:
December 8 — vs. Southeast Missouri State
December 14 — at Western Kentucky
The Racers are expected to play at Middle Tennessee this season, as part of a home-and-home series with the Blue Raiders. No date for that game has been released yet. Murray State still contractually has a home game with Little Rock and road game at SMU to play as part of home-and-home series that were started last season. While not official yet, it appears those games won’t be played until the 2025-26 season.
I’ll be there! GO RACERS!!!
Still nothing about playing Austin peay?
