Report: Murray State at Austin Peay Dec. 9

MBB: This is one of two games the Racers have scheduled for next season

At last check, Murray State’s men only had two non-conference games scheduled for the upcoming season. We at least now know when one of those games will be played.

College Basketball reporter Rocco Miller announced on Twitter Wednesday the Racers will travel to Clarksville to take on Austin Peay on Saturday, December 9th. That game is the back-end of the home-and-home series that started last December in Murray. It will also be the first time the Racers will play in Austin Peay’s new off-campus arena — the F&M Bank Arena.

Murray State’s other non-conference game we know about for this upcoming season is with Western Kentucky. That game will be the first of a four-year series between the two schools. It will be played in Murray at a yet-to-be determined date.
