Report: Wagler visiting Murray this week
MBB: The 6'6 guard is also expected to visit SIU later this week
Keaton Wagler, the #5 overall prospect in the state of Kansas in the recruiting class of 2025, is expected to take an official visit to Murray State this week. Eric Bossi from 24/7 Sports posted about Wagler’s visit on X on Tuesday.
According to Bossi, Wagler is planning to take five official visits. After visiting Murray State, Wagler is expected to go to Southern Illinois later this week. Next weekend, he is scheduled to visit Colorado State, with a trip to DePaul coming the first week of September. Wagler is also reportedly planning to visit Minnesota, but no date has been set yet.
24/7 Sports lists Wagler as a 3-star prospect in the Class of 2025, as well as being the #55 shooting guard nationally in the class.
The product of Shawnee, Kansas helped lead Shawnee Mission Northwest High School to an undefeated season and a state championship. Wagler averaged 12.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game while shooting 52% from the field and 50% from beyond the three-point line last season.
