Ali Dibba, who led Southern Illinois in scoring last season, is entering the transfer portal, according to Verbal Commits. After previous stops at Chicago State and Abilene Christian, Dibba will have one year of eligibility remaining.
Dibba averaged career-highs in scoring (17.2 PPG) and rebounding (4.8 RPG) for the Salukis this past season. He started all 33 games for an SIU team that finished 14-19 overall, and made it to the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament quarterfinals.

As of this moment, only three of the 16 2024-25 All-Conference players, either due to graduating or entering the transfer portal, can still return next year — with Illinois State’s Chase Walker being the only one to confirm he’s coming back. The transfer portal is currently open until Tuesday, April 22nd.
