Halfway through the 2022-23 season, Murray State’s first in the Missouri Valley Conference, Head Coach Rechelle Turner recognized she didn’t have the (pardon the pun) horses to compete in the league at the level she hoped. That realization required Turner to look inward and answer some tough questions.
