In the wake of UIC firing Head Coach Luke Yaklich last week, several Flames’ players have decided to enter the transfer portal.
Jon Chepkevich is reporting UIC’s Toby Okani is entering the transfer portal and will test the 2024 NBA Draft waters.
The 6’8 senior forward played his first two seasons at Duquesne before transferring to UIC prior to the 2022-23 season. Okani averaged 11.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.0 blocks and 1.5 steals per game this season as he earned a spot on the Missouri Valley Conference’s All-Defensive Team.
